how about for the evo braintanic (brain+titanic) and the pre evo be intelimit (intelligence+limit) the dexes for the evo are way too short (from my experience at least).

I think "brain size" and immediately think of the Abra line. Hmm.

I am not sure how this could be made into a feasible suggestion. I was going to give an example of my own unfeasible-possible-suggestions-turned-feasible, but it might be unnecessarily disgusting. One, brain size does not exactly correlate to intelligence; the "wrinkling" does. The wrinkling means it can be bigger than it actually is and still fit inside the skull. Instead of not being able to learn anything after a certain point, how about it is quite forgetful and seems to forget most of what it learns intermittently, giving the impression of having limited knowledge capacity?

I know, but the pokemon obviosly doesn't know. Becides it's pokemon, it doesn't need to be realistic.

your first one for the unnamed evolution seemed to be too short, how's this?

Well SsAaVv since they can only learn specific amount of information, I woudn't call them psychic types.

Plus didn't you reed the part about them having a lack of electrical impulses? For the record since they have little or no electricity running through there brains they CAN'T be electric types eather

Random pun for if they were smart: a light type based on bright idea but as they aren't smart they could be kept in the dark (figure out my riddle and you'll know what type it could be).

I get it know since they arent smart they cant be light, and sugesting that they be in the dark means they should be dark great idea!

I just thought of another ability choice: rock head (because they find it hard to get information through their thick skulls) then there is also white smoke (because their brains are foggy).

That makes me think of a tooth. It can't have White Smoke because it does not produce smoke in any way. It can't have rock head either unless when you said thick you meant it literally.
