((No, this isn't. I haven't made the RP for Xe-Al yet because Squirrelay hasn't given me Fancifowl's moveset. Though if you want to join, it's Flarsable's RP))

After a little resting, Lucas and Mesmer were battling wild pokemon again. They defeated a Rattata and Harpillar without much of anything happening. They then saw a rather odd looking pokemon, a small brown vegetable-like pokemon, with for green leaves atop it's head. The Poketch-Dex identified it as a Rotato. It was a Grass-Ground type, and evolved into the Grass-Flying Tuberotor. Lucas thought for a second, and decided to capture the Rotato. "Mesmer! Use Tackle!" Lucas called. Mesmer charged at the pokemon, and slammed into it. As soon as it did, the Rotato spun it's leaves. It was using Rapid Spin, Lucas realized. Mesmer winced in pain, but didn't appear too hurt. "Mesmer! Use Swagger!" Mesmer did as told, spinning the insignia. At such close range, Rotato was easily Confused. It continued to use Rapid Spin, but wasn't hitting Mesmer. It was spinning fast enough to rise off the ground a few inches, and Lucas got an idea. "Mesmer, Tackle it in the side!" He called. Mesmer did so, and in the Rotato's confused state, it didn't realize Mesmer's movements. Mesmer slammed into Rotato's side, who was sent spinning towards a large tree. It hit the tree, and then fell to the ground. "Good job, Mesmer." Lucas said. He dug a pokeball from his backpack, and tossed it at the weakened Rotato. It opened, and red light flashed, absorbing Rotato.

Lucas walked over and picked up the pokeball, picked it up, and released Rotato. "And you'll be called Spinner." Lucas said joyfully. He looked to the sun, and found it to be setting. He set up a small tent and built a little fire. Once it was dark, Lucas dowsed the fire and crawled into the tent. He fell asleep quickly.

"What!?" He muttered. "What are you investigating?" He asked, with slightly more interest than before. He looked around; he was in a city or town for sure, but it was still very early and he couldn't make out his surroundings.

Lucas nodded as he heard about the organizations. He had heard rumors, nothing more. But they were true, apparently. "Okay. But I don't want to go back; is their some way I can get to Fernton Town from here?" He asked.

Lucas was slightly annoyed; the policeman didn't tell him to help until Professor Palm gave him the pin for a Junior Officer. "Ok then. But how will I get there?" He said, asking the same question he had before.

Lucas almost cried when he was told to get on the Altaria. He had severe acrophobia, or fear of heights. He gulped, and started to approach the bird. He felt the cotton-like feathers and the stable flight feathers. He still didn't want to get on it, though. He eventually did, mainly because another policeman nudged him in the back with his nightstick. "Umm, Alex, I-" He managed to splutter before Altaria took to the air. Lucas' stomach churned, and he felt nasueas. It will be over soon, he told himself. Mesmer and Spinner's pokeballs tumbled in his pockets, and Mesmer somehow managed to get out of his. The Dizard crawled over him, comforting him. He managed to not throw up, that was until they landed.

Lucas got out of his double bent position, and looked at Alex angrily. "-have acrophobia." He completed, out of breath. "That's fear of heights if you don't know.". Mesmer crawled off his back, and looked around. Spinner's ball fell out of Lucas' coat pocket, and he was also released. "So what d-" Lucas managed to say before he bent down again and retched. "-do I do?" He completed.

Lucas went over somewhere to sit, and started breathing heavily. He eventually calmed down enough to stop vomiting. He still racked with shakes occasionally, and remained sitting. Once he was calm enough, he went back over to Alex. "Okay, now what do I do?" He asked.

Stealth, huh? Lucas thought. I can do that. Lucas crumpled the note and put it into this pocket. He started to silently prowl the alleyways and sidewalks, Mesmer clinging to his back. Spinner was sitting in another of his many pockets, remaining silent. He quickly checked his Poketch-Dex, and saw that Spinner new the move Mud Sport. "Spinner, come out." He whispered. Spinner dug himself out of the pocket, spinning to the cement sidewalk. "Use Mud Sport." Lucas told the Rotato. Spinner started to gently spuirt mud out of his four spinner leaves, which Lucas used to cover his exposed skin and Mesmer, except for the spiral insignia, in case they needed to Swagger somebody or something. They kept walking along the town, and Lucas noticed a rather tall building. "Spinner, use Rapid Spin to go to the top of the building then use Ingrain to get a firm hold. Mesmer, scale the walls and follow Spinner." Lucas whispered to his pokemon. They did as told, Spinner spinning up the building then latching on with roots. Mesmer climbed the smooth walls with ease. Lucas slipped inside the building, and found an elevator. It would be slightly quieter than the creaky stairs, and faster also, so Lucas boarded the elevator and pressed a button that was labeled "Rooftop". He arrived quickly, and with barely a sound. He went over to where Spinner and Mesmer where, near the edge. He felt small traces of nausea, but tried to ignore them. Vomiting was the thing he least wanted to do now.

Oh, how cliche. Evil guy comes out of nowhere, acts like we're life-long rivals, and demands a battle. Lucas thought. Nevertheless, he still thought a challenge would be good. "Okay. Come on, Mesmer. You'll fight Frosty's little friend, Emby." Lucas teased. Mesmer crawled along, faking the dumb and confused act again. The Glairnus was starting to charge up an Ember and a Powder Snow at the same time, but Mesmer started using Swagger. The Glairnus was Confused before it attacked, but it managed to fire off the Powder Snow anyways. It hit Mesmer, but it didn't appear to hurt.
