I was wondering- does Bombur have a regional Pokedex like the official games? Like, you have to collect all of a specified group of Pokemon to be able to collect other things? Or maybe get a reward for collecting the entire dex?

We currently don't, as we simply offer all non-legendary pokémon for capture. We might have a regional pokédex if Pokengine's MMO project might ever get completed, though, since we'll be picking 151 pokémon for Pokengine to start with.

Ok then. I had another question: does Professor Idaho have any "research aides" at certain points that give you something for capturing a certain number of Pokemon?

Make them up yourself I think. For example, Xer0, my partner, came up with a story for him getting his Vs. Seeker - as long as it doesn't break the rules, you can do anything in the RPG. That's my sense of it at least.
