The pokeballs are gyms, the numbers are towns, and the lines are routes.
Xe-Al's Past
Xe-Al was home to more than half of Bombur's pokemon, which were known only to the Natives at first. Then the Bombur merchants and sailors docked on the Southern Island, finding many interesting species, bringing a few back to Bombur with them. Those living in Bombur were so amazed by the species, they tasked several people with the job of going to Xe-Al and collecting the species from the Northern and Southern Islands, along with a few from Comet and Meteor Islands (more on them later). The most well-known species is Farfetch'd, along with it's evolutions and it's lesser-known pre-evolution, Fancifowl. After the constant trading with Bombur people, every pokemon of Bombur now lives here, with the exception of a few who are known as mere legends by most. The people of Bombur are now not just trading with Xe-Al, but living in it. They are modifing the towns and buildings, the technology, and several other things. The Natives are very annoyed at this, as they are taught from childhood to live in full peace with everything. With this idea stuck in their heads, they won't stand up against the Bombur people, but you are going to change that.
Xe-Al's Geography
The numbers are towns, the pokeballs are gyms, and everything else is just that.
