Hey. I've been curious as to some of the names of the staff and their meanings. I know obvious things like Culthulhu = Cult + Cthulhu, and ShinE is a pun on "shine" and "shiny", and Poryhedron is Porygon + polyhedron. But what about names like Cacapulse, Botispine, Arcaleoh, Miravistel, Bonzai, and Squirrelay?

ShinE is in fact a combination of "shiny" and "E". Bonzai came up with my name and it works so perfectly, since the 'y' part of "shiny" and the 'E' sound the same ^^

Miravistel comes from "mirage" and "avistel," a creature I made up that resembles a winged weasel with illusionary abilities. "Avistel" comes from "avis," the Latin word for bird, and "mustelidae," the scientific family that contains weasels.

Cacapulse is cacaphony, Kakapo, a gigantic green flightless parrot, and pulse.
Bonzai is from the common term people shout when they're diving. It was some guy's catchphrase...
Botispine is... gah, I forgot. SPine and.... Boti I think comes from the lionfish in some way... I know I figured it out once.

I thought there was more to Bonzai's name than just "BONZAIIIIII!!" And yeah, ShinE, that's what I meant. @_@ That slipped my mind, after I typed that I was like "duh"

Also, Bonzai was also a combi of 'banzai' and... I forgot the 'bon' part :/

We can't say that yet because we don't know what he looks like. In a coverstaion with him I had he said it actually looks more like a Zora, the second part of his name (that is his pre-Staff name).

Yeah, Alpaquick (Alpaca + quick) is obvious, so is Antarctros (Antarctica + albatross). But as for Deckudecu.... *shrugs*

Bonzai once mentioned that his name is partially derived from the phrase "bronze eye". I don't completely get the significance of that phrase myself...might be an element of British culture.
