It could be a split evo, one with crazy emotions that make it go wild and the other an unbreakable guardian with no emotions. Maybe.

I don't think... even with emotions gone, manipulating dimensions still seems too powerful. I mean, that's DIALGA level.
But nevertheless, if you want it that way, here's a move.

OMNIPRESENCE
Power: --
Accuracy: --
PP: 10
Effect: All opponents' moves get 100% accuracy, but sharply increases User's attack, speed, and decreases opponents' evasiveness.
Text: Use transports to higher dimensions and exists in every point in space possible.
Field effect: A semi-transparent User appears in every single square on screen. The player then gets every item on screen, but also requires user to battle all non-friendly trainers on screen.

I'm sorry, but I just can't relate to something that is essentially yet another "ball with eyes." Even if it doesn't have eyes, it sure still feels like one...
