She's just called that because she has the ability to summon floods and heavy rains (she used to be able to control the oceans but we changed that), she's not really a queen as in actual royalty.

...Maybe we should just delete this topic all together...

Don't be so down on yourself. I suggest you go on Wikipedia and look up random animals and crap like that in the way of inspiration, or find some Pokemon, whether from here or official, that you think need some expansion. Trust me, right now, I feel like I'm reaching a low on creativity, especially since I'm never gettin' out of the first gym (RPG) at this pace, and I created two failed rivals for my character in a row.

Don't close it. Seriously. I the staff closes it youll regret it one day. This is a GOOD idea/suggestion. It just needed work. Believe me. I went through a decision like this a while back.

If you are the type of person who gets regretful, don't delete it.
This idea, IMHO, was not well thought out at the start, and so there were a few unfixable things that became part of the idea. You had some really nice fixes later on, but I think you can come up with an idea that is way better than this one. You just need to be patient and wait for that "aha!" moment where you get a great idea. I think that if you are unsure you can put all this information in a word document and resuggest it later if you don't come up with any better ideas.
