I think darkwolf cor meant something more like this (which is like 1/3 finished, but it put the point across)

What do its arms end with? Are those red things eyes or nostrils? Etc..

You don't need to draw it in MS paint. You need to have the concept, but the drawings are left to the staff if the idea is accepted. That was just to show you the obscured body parts thing that make the viewer more curious about what it looks like without the clouds.

Well, for one, every single object that has mass has weight. Even ghosts. So that needs to be changed... you know, you should probably update the first post with all of the changes you've made. It helps the Staff and curious people like myself find the info quicker.

Flarsable meant the first post, the one at the top of page one. That is the one you should put that information in. Also, my picture was just to give you an idea about what darkwolf cor was talking about. It isn't just a blob of darkness with eyes, but an actual pokemon mostly, but not entirely, covered by black clouds.

Official? Not for a long time, brah. Like several months at minimum. Be patient. And besides, it's not finished yet. You need two Dexes that are completely separate from each other and are 85 to 100 characters long each, and you need a better description of it. What's its body shape, and how much of it is covered by the black smoke?

Alright, and as for the Pokedex I used a character count for it...

The first line has exactly 96 characters, the second has 90.

Shiftshape isn't quite right; the word you mean is shapeshift. Also, I would advise not mentioning it can transform into humans, since as far as I know, a pokemon assuming a human for is usually reserved for legendaries, such as the Lati twins.
