I assume that, come September, quite a few people will be at the point at which you can get these special things. If you notice though, ShinE has many events that mean a bit more to Dutch people than to others (ie; the birds one), so I think the American Flag Ralts is a good trade off (also, if you don't like that, we can do an underleveled Sharpedo for Shark Week on Discovery Channel!). Also, did some retooling for the Back to School, Independence Day, and Halloween events.
