Oh yes, he stole a great number of our sprites. I also noticed a few of original sprites by a pokemon fan known as Dragonfree, as well as a couple dragons from dragcave.net. So this guy is stealing from all over the place. And many, many of them were obvious splices/recolors. He seems to enjoy splices of legendaries.

This is nothing new... but oh so pathetic. Seriously, why would you take someone else's work as your own, especially when we have a big looming legalities page with copyright information? Seriously, I doubt Pory wrote all that up for nothing...

Klinecar3 has a number in his name, which either means his username without the number is unoriginal or he was desperate for people to recognize him from other sites, or both. Last time I saw sprite-stealers, they were twelve, and the time before that, because "spriting's hard but those pics are awesome" but they at least had the decency to credit the original spriters. They are hardly going to read legal information. Legal information on the internet is like the End User License Agreement in Installation programs. Nobody reads them.

There's redone versions of Guerillom and Fawntler in the National Dex. I assume that's where he took all of these from, since they're transparent and outside of dexes there.

Methinks we should put the copyright info out in the open so everyone has to at least NOTICE it. No offense, but making an obscure copyright page was a mistake on the Staff's part.

Actually, the pokedexes of our pokemon say "Copyright The Pokemon Factory"

And the Superdex page has those pokedexes, so . . .

Those legendary splices? A whole bunch of those were made in a topic here, let me see if I can find it.

It's stolen. From Arkeis.com, which has some good sprites. But I agree with Void. Stealing Culthulhu's sprite is the worst he can get.

He also stole some from soemone on Gaia online, who also made an updated version on Serebii (I don't have the Gaia one so Serebii will just have to do)
