As for them stats, I would probably have Tesray/Tescillator have their lower offensive stat be a bit higher, and the high offensive be a bit lower, so that they're closer to each other - making more move options viable. Again the Flareon example; his special attack is not half bad, it just looks bad compared to his attack. 95/120 split, perhaps? Or beef both to 100/125 and cut their speed or defenses a bit - they don't really have a lot of weaknesses so having too good defenses AND good speed would make them awfully good despite "wrong stats."

I think we should also cut a few of the new suggested moves from there, that many ain't necessary In My Not So Humblem Opinion

The way their current designs are, I agree that having Tescillator being special attacker is a bit odd. What I was going for earlier was bucking the convention AND having the looks-design follow it; Tesray would be quite like in my design of it, except having the ray on top of it's head, and Tescillator would look every bit a special attacker, not physically strong. My point was having the Ground type be special and look like a special attacker; to have the Light-type be physical attacker AND look like one.

So Tesray would be highly burly-looking, with the ray on his head(and maybe tail as well), with big muscles driving the point of him being about as specially good as Rhydon. He would be the Electric/Light (both rather conventionally specially-inclined types) to be a physical beast.

Meanwhile Tescillator would look rather slimmer, lighter build more inclined to use long-distance earth waves and be more the traditional Electric special-attacker. He would be Electric/Ground and be about as physically intimidating(by looks, not stats) as your average Kadabra.

If someone would still like to try that approach, I can swoop up some sketches to make my point clear
