I'll do the description. But use SoR's dexes, he's a more experienced person at this type of stuff. (Actually, at this point, it's a Community Pokemon) 

Description: Calypire is a dark brown creature with large, frayed wings like a torn cape, with a red underside. Its face looks like that of Nosferatu, excluding a mouth, with red compound eyes, and a large three-pronged proboscis for a nose, its ears are gangly broken antennae, and its underside has four miniscule arms, and small legs for the fitfth and sixth appendages, complete with little boots, similar to those on Nosferatu. Its tail (and alot of the way its body looks, other than the features I just described) is similar to Lunamoth's, and it has a small crescent moon on its head, a homage to Cresscoon, it's pre-evo.

Note: With this in mind, I would suggest you make a more suspicious item for Cressacoon to level up holding to evolve into this creature.

At this point? Contact a forumer named Therislash and have him check this out. He likes to do drawings, and I think he'll be happy to do your creature. Just check out half my topics, all custom jobs by him. He doesn't mind a challenge like this either. Also, do you like ma sig?

When your'e just beginning, most of your early concepts get major facelifts thanks to other members. It's the only way your'e gonna get any of your suggestions into the Archives (which I haven't yet), because if you have a copycat critter when the Staff reviews  it, they'll just pass it over. The best suggestions probably started out alot like yours.
