Doesn't Rowap Berries have an effect of... dealing some damage? that's why I say Dittos can hurt enemies while not being transformed yet.

The Rowap Berry deals damage to the opponent if said opponent uses a Physical attack on the holder and it hits.

Actually, there's another way Ditto can attack as a Ditto: it runs out of PP for Transform or has it Disabled. Then it's forced to use Struggle.

Neither of those work. Ditto can't run otu of PP for Transform because Spite only works on the last move the foe uses; and when Ditto uses Transform it loses the move for the moveset of the opposing Pokemon. Same goes for Disable.

It can, just keep using Transform and have it over. That's all. Simply put : don't heal it at pokemon centers to restore PP. That's how he's forced to use struggle.

Or a Smeargle with Transform could use Imprison on it.... LOL at very unlikely scenario. IT COULD HAPPEN!

Sooo very unlikely. But Smeargle transforming D: What kind of beast would that? Plus the 3 other move slots (imprision taken lolol) of random useful moves could also make Smeargle more UNLIKELY as to someone want to do a DOUBLE FACEPALM COMBO after seeing such a strange Smeargle? lol

Haha, well I happen to have a transforming Smeargle! xD As well as a One Hit KO endowed smeargle, and a Perish Song Smeargle. Pity about his woeful stats :P

Hmm, moves can be copied with sketch even after you switch it into battle? For example to copy a OHKO move (let's put Sheer Cold

), the enemy kills one of your party pokemon and later yu switch in smeargle and sketch before it uses any other move? :d sounds complicated, because in these situations you actually need speed? :d

No, I don't know if that works, but there's a much, much simpler way. You just go into a double battle and have Smeargle sketch your own Pokemon's attack. The Restaurant in D/P/Platinum is perfect because you can have multiple double battles per day.
