Explain how different this is to Horsea and why it must be a pseudo-legendary.

(Once I actually saw the pictures you provided, they do look quite different. I am corrected.)

This species is different to Horsea because it is not a seahorse, but a conglomerate of big game freshwater fish, and a pipefish.....
It's a psuedolegendary because of its powerful moveset and its three-tier evolution that has a long span between the first and second evolution.

I don't understand why you need to make a new 1HKO move called Hydro Smash. The name doesn't really seem right, and 1HKO moves aren't really that good level up fodder anyway.

Also, that level up move list seems ill thought out. After level 21, every move it has is a damage causing move. Ember at level 30 is silly, especially for a water type, Tail Whip at level 16 is rather high, Dragon Roar doesn't make much sense.

The evolutions have an ability that adds 20% accuracy to these moves, and, according to my knowledge (checks Bulbapedia) there are no moves like that.

Erm, that makes a 1HKO very, very broken. A 50% chance of kill? Seriously broken, -20% in the special stats won't matter when you're killing things in one hit half the time. But anyway, why Hydro Smash? If you're going to make them part Ice(And the type changing makes very little sense, no fully evolved pokemon has a completely different type then it's prevos), then Sheer Cold would be an obvious choice.

Also, an Ice Dragon in the tropics?

We already have a very well thought out Ice/Dragon line, and an official Water/Dragon line, and this thing seems less balanced and more just random ideas meshed together... Maybe it's just me, but I don't really like most of this idea.

The destructo move shall be edited. HeavyPower will now take 55 percent off of Sp.Atk/Def. And HydroSmash will be changed to Sheer Cold. This demotes it from 1-hot KO to something like Overheat.

And about the weird type change.... I wanted to add to diversity. Also, just think about it, its "cold aura" is pretty much like Pressure. I know it needs work, so I'll get on it in a bit. Thanks for criticism, it'll help in the future.

Note: Edited everything about Arapasidon, dex, moveset, expanded description. No longer broken! Adding new Pokemon, no evolutions!

I still think it'd be best to either keep the fully evolved form part water or make the whole line dragon. Dratini is water exclusive and it's pure Dragon, so...

True. And, by the way, what do you think of Djipi? Second swing I think I'd get it better. Note: Has been moved to another topic.

Note: The Pipscies chain's types have been changed slightly (Water/Ice -> Water/Dragon -> Ice/Dragon), but it still has the most flip-flopping type combos on earth.

Yes, adding ice to the first stage doesn't help at all. The first stage should stay water and the last stage should be water/dragon, as that makes is streamline with types and ice+tropics=bad.

Maybe this line could be a counterpart to the Horsea line if it goes Water-Water-Water/Dragon? That would require giving up their pseudo-legendary status, though. And Arapaisidon is a character too long.

Isn't the madstone exclusive to Poison types? And why do you have it hold the madstone? Aren't stones supposed to be used? dragon scale works a lot better with this.

Also, chill a little with the moves. Not every pokemon has to have every single move that fits it. You're trying to fit too many moves in too little space. And, if it is a pseudolegendary, it should evolve first at level 30 and then at 45, 50, 55. It fits the status quo more.

The levels were a bit weird, so I changed them. Moves are normally learned at levels in a pattern, instead of at random. I also removed a few moves that made no sense (why does it learn Tornado, which boosts the power of types completely unrelated to it?) and added some you mentioned in the info (Adrenaline, Rage).
