Okay, I got the picture.

Shrapnel should be physical, not contact (e.g., it won't activate Rough Skin and such), but physical. And 10 PP should be fine, I think.

Alright, I've got my dexes.
D: Melespear's claws are made of a durable metal. They have been known to destroy trees, rocks, and even buildings.
P: Primarily nocturnal, Melespear inhabits deep burrows. Its body is designed for digging through even solid stone.
Also, I'll edit Shrapnel.
