Pokémon Factory Worker

Some other stuff to make it more ninja - tiny dagger-like claws, the frill is a cloak when it's not expanded, masters of stealth.

Their base Speed stat should be high

No, a cicada carcass has nothing to do with frill-necked lizards. And their base Speed will be high.

Okay, so me & EP have discussed this more, and I came up with the idea of dropping the ninja part and just having Poison/Wind flying lizards. We discussed it more and we agreed that we'll keep the ninja part, but this is gouing to be a rough journey. We'll need plenty of help creating an effective flying blade ninja lizard.

I think it's because they aren't so much wing-flappers as they are gliders/wind manipulators.

Lizassin sounds good to me. What? You thought I knew the names and was making you guess? No, I don't know them yet. I think EP & I decided on Frilleap for one of them, but the new name might override it.

Yes, but they do have wings of sorts, like an airplane. This thing would control the wind to fly.

Hmm.. names... maybe something like Shuruff (SHURiken + RUFF) or Shurill (SHURiken + fRILL) for the basic stage. Then it could have its frill be star shaped, like a shuriken. (Forgive me if I am spelling that wrong)

Speaking of Ninjas we should totally give Nuzleaf a ninja alt-evo and Lombre a pirate alt-evo. It's so perfect.

But back to the lizards, will they evolve through just plain old level up? or something else?
