But the interfaces were kind of ugly, it lacks a bit in function, and who can forget about that awful May Hack I didn't even catch happening.

What I don't like about the internet in general nowadays is that they try to use the weakness of users who like new features and shiny interfaces so they try to coax those people to beta test for them (I'm looking at you facebook games, and apparently yuku too...) so they don't have to hire and pay for anyone.

If ads bother you, than Firefox can help, I think. Ad-Blocker is so convenient.

Unfortunately steph, it's not that kind of ad. It is embedded into the Task bar. It's not a pop-up ad.

Also, it's not just ads that pop-up there. News stories do as well, which I like.
