This is an announcement that a new Pokémon Rui will arrive here:

Name: Rui
Element Type: Psychic/Ghost
Pokédex Type: Mythical Pokémon
Height: 1' 06"
Weight: 45.0 lbs
Special Ability: No Guard/Multitype
Pokédex Data: Although this Pokémon can learn all moves like Mew, people had just beleive that it is called the "Lord of all Pokémon", much like Arceus.
Moves: Psycho Boost, Shadow Force, Sheer Cold, Fissure

Well, the problem with this idea is PF isn't currently accepting new legends. Sorry.

SoR is correct, we are not accept any suggestions for legendary pokemon, and with data like that it could only be a legendary. Also, before suggesting any other pokemon you should read the "How To Suggest A Pokemon" topic in the forum called "The Rules" Read These First!" This suggestion does not quite follow all the rules listed there, such as how the pokedex data is presented.
