It's the month of May. The month in which birds, according to many sayings, traditionally lay eggs.
In Bombur, this is the same. In the town that is known for its many birdkeepers, Nidivum Town, May is therefore happily celebrated. This year, this is more so than ever: Nidivum Town's mayor has released a flock of Postork to fly all over Bombur in order to present trainers with a newly hatched shiny Tiquail!
This shiny Tiquail is lv. 5 and knows the moves Tackle and Sand-Attack, along with an Egg Move, namely FeatherDance. But that is not all: this special Tiquail also knows a move it normally has no access to, namely Nose Dive!
The flock of Postork is flying over Bombur for the rest of May. So, have your character receive this special shiny Tiquail from a Postork in the PFL during this month. Postork are skillful birds, so they can meet you pretty much anywhere. Be aware that your character is only allowed to receive one Tiquail and is not allowed to capture the Postork.
