EDIT: I am pretty sure I heard somewhere that there are actually two stages prior to this, and I heard the second referred to Graspisces (GRASP + PISCES). Can anyone confirm this?

EDIT: I went to go see the old man again today and inquired further about these "talon-fish" PKMN. He told me that he is actually the proud owner of a few Clawtch. Much to my surprise, he let me see them and one of them was differently colored!!! The old man had no idea it was though because he is old and has sight problems. I offered to trade for the shiny Clawtch (which was black with an orange tail and dorsal fin), but the old man said he would just give it to me because I was kind enough to spend time with him and make him feel useful. Once I received the Clawtch I released it onto the beach. Here it actually stood upright on its claw-tail and used it to hop to the shallow waters near the beach, to my amazement! When I received it, it only knew Scratch, Tail Whip, and (to my surprise) Aqua Jet. I assumed that it was approximately level 13-ish. I began raising and training it yesterday, so fingers crossed on getting some new information! I also might make a return visit to the old angler again tomorrow.

It is a vicious aquatic predator, a skill it developed from its paternal obligation to Clawtch. (95)

EDIT: These are the results of my meeting with the old man today reconciled with your gathered information, greek freak.

EDIT: I finally got a development! My Clawtch has learned several new moves: Water Gun, Vicegrip, and Crybaby. It is now level 18-ish. Through study and daily scans, I have discovered that Clawtch is pure Water-type. However, when it evolves into Graspisces it becomes Water/Dark.
