I think this is a great idea, but a bit similar to eevee. Also, you forgot to make a description of the regular form.

How is it similar to Eevee? it's a two Pokemon evolution line with varying types. Speaking of which, I don't get them. How does Elemini change Types? And how doe Dulement work? What if you evolve Elemini in it's Wind form while it's holding an Eroded Rock? What happens there?

I think, and this may not be correct, but it has a regular form (Eevee) that can the evolve only once into one of four types. And no Flarsable, It's absolutely NOTHING like Eevee.

There is no "Regular Form." It is always one of these four forms.

Also, if it is holding the item that gives it a type it already has, it just won't evolve at that time.

So, um, how's the element-changing work between forms? What changes it around? Also the forms are rather generic, I think we have enough "ball with eyes" suggestions already(heaven knows I'm sick and tired of seeing them). Help yourself in getting this approved, base them on *something* other than just "element balls" because they are not very interesting(and we have Castform already). Take a long stroll into the animal sections of Wikipedia, that should help.

Also, when it evolves it's possible to become a plethora of combinations(Wind becomes Wind/Water, Wind/Ground or Wind/Fire - and same for other elements)... seems an awful lot of type combinations in one line if that is indeed the case. Not sure if that would work...

At the bottom line, as negative as my post may seem, remember that I'm not part of the staff and you can safely just ignore my opinion if you don't like it

There. I edited the descriptions to look more unique, also, repeats of combinations don't happen (No Fire/Water and Water/Fire, for example.

I like this. Maybe you could make a harder-to-obtain evolution based off of the Avatar, considering these 4 elements are the bending elements.

Read the Dex. For example, hatch it in Anchore, it's water. Hatch it at the volcano, it's fire, &c....

Hmm, these really seem like 4 separate pokemon to me. If the type is decided by where it hatches, that means it is pretty much one version from the very beginning. In that case you might as well make it four different pokemon. Also, I don't like the fact that the evo can be ground/fire or water/wind, and those would be considered the same pokemon. In burmy's case it evolved into 3 distinct pokemon. I really think this pokemon is too similar to castform or burmy right now. Is there a way you can think of to fix this?

This comes off a bit mean, but I mean it as constructive criticism. Also, I am not a member of the staff so stuffing your fingers in your ears and going "Lalalalalala" when I talk is also acceptable.

Nope, I think there's no base version. Suppose they give you the egg at a town that has 4 separate routes to follow. You go into the volcano, and then keep on adventuring there and the egg suddenly hatches. What did it hatch into? The fire type! It starts off at level 1 (as every other hatched pokemon from an egg). The pokemon then evolves at level 18 holding the item you want to add a type into (example: now that it's fire type you want to add it ground type, so you make it hold a smooth rock and level it to 18, and the Dulement you have will be fire/ground type). And no, it doesn't look like a permanent castform. This pokemon is not affected by the weather. Unlike Burmy, the type/looks doesn't change in accordance to the location of the pokemon(Elemini's look/type was decided since the hatch of it). Plus burmy is bug only, its type doesn't change. Elemini keeps the type, it never changes in appearance/type, the evolution only will add a type.. Dulement also is never seen single-type. But I'd guess Wormadam is somehow alike with Dulement. You know, it depends on a certain conditon that will decide the pokemon's type.

Yeah, that is how I understand it as well, but why give it the same name if the earlier ones are 4 very different pokemon? They can evolve into up to 16 different evolutions! I think this idea ends up becoming 4 eevees with the same name, and it needs to be changed a little bit.

That...was...Beautiful!!! I could not have possibly explained nearly as well! That is the most claritous explanation possible! It was "inconcievable," to take a page from Vizzini's book.

@SoR: actually, as I explained, there can be no repeats (ex. yes Fire/Ground, no Ground/Fire, &c.)
