If you look at the Pokemon who currently evolve by Moonstone, you'll notice they are not neccesarily nocturnal. That's what the Dusk Stone is for.

Also, I do think it should stay yellow in order to stay true to the Bellsprout line.

In my philosophy to have suggestions developed and approved quickly with no obstacles, I should agree with whatever decision you all make---it is not worth a debate. Perhaps we should have a poll on the matter, if a decision cannot be made easily?

I should really not suggest stuff when I'm half asleep... All official existing stones aren't officially workable, since those conditions already exists in the current games. I don't plan on making any new stones, and surely so does everybody else. Do we need a new item for it?

I don't think it is nocturnal. MadStone or Moon Stone would work fine IMO.

Or a quick and quite effective solution is to say Weepinbell only evolves with Dusk Stone in Bombur and not anywhere else, although that does not necessarily mean it needs to explicitly say that in any evolution info.

We have never bothered about conditions already existing up till now, and I'd say we shouldn't do so in the future. We're a Factory that creates pokémon; we can twist genetics a little ;P
Moon Stone or Shiny Stone are fine with me.

I want the Moon Stone as well.

ShinE, you have to remember that Bellossom does not follow the color scheme of the 'main' Oddish-line, so changing the color here would be perfectly acceptable, if not preferred. Even if its not nocturnal, then I still would like to see a different color scheme.

Seems like it. If we want to make the color scheme darker, maybe just switch the green and yellow? (Green with yellow and red spots, red belly, brown vine and green leaves.)

I don't think you need to replace Sunny Day. Moonlight is boosted by Sunny Day, in fact. I also think we should stick with Chlorophyll.
