Well my community suggestion Nymphetal can learn Root Crush, Vanishingact and Sakura Blast. And I'm pretty sure that Tortire can learn Sand Jet but.... eh.

Or as a reward for defeating the PF league, and you get the HM after going into the Cyber Realm the first time? I must say, I can't wait to see what the Cyber Realm looks like. I'm guessing it has all kinds of landmarks and such and isn't just empty space. I guess only time will tell...

Possesord can learn Thunderblade & Poryhedron can learn Conversion3. Precognition is basically Future Sight, another psychic move, and Cliff Climb reminds me a lot of Rock Climb. Papyrcense & maybe Sacracense should learn Sauna, Toxicroak will most probably learn Stingknuckle, Tangela/Tangrowth could learn Garrote Vine, and more will come later.

I think this list was needed for the Staff.

Soble, your list would probably be quite helpful for the Staff, indeed. Having an actual list would better ensure that every move has at least one Pokémon learning it. If not for the fact that the Staff is quite busy with several other, more pressing projects at the moment, having a "move lookup", like the type lookup, would be quite convenient. That reminds me....perhaps Ampupa could learn Cocoon....?

In the OP'ed topic I said that the four existing cocoons (and, now that i think about it, those are only the official ones, there's also Transpupa, Pupyre, and yeah, Ampupa) could and should learn Cocoon, because they are cocoons.

Travel is actually Poryhedron's signature move. There isn't a Superdex entry for him yet, but whenever his entry is completed, it'll be on his move list.
