Maybe Celesteran could turn into a chain/snake of fluffballs, or it could gain a pair of feet that kind of sat in front of it like Snorlax's do. Ears are another possiblity, as well as the aforementioned halo-idea. It's eyes could be bigger and puppy-dog like, as if it was trying to win pity or affection. Those are just off the top of my head.

Only partially. You can have two open in Suggest a Pokemon and one in Community Works, so you might have misunderstood.
