Shouldn't Celesteran have more of a different look? I mean, just making a Pokemon bigger and having little versions around it doesn't really qualify for an evolution, imo.

I think that there should be a little more distinguishable difference between the first and evolved stages, especially if it takes a stone to evolve.

Do keep in mind that the difference between Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff and Clefairy/Clefable isn't that extreme either. They too evolve by the Moon Stone.

I guess the Moon Stone evolutions aren't that extreme in changing, but they don't just get bigger, e.g. Nidoking goes from quadrupedal to bipedal and gains awesome claw hands.

Well... maybe you could make it triplets... maybe you could make it a cyclops! (hooray for one-eyed pokémon!), maybe it could resemble a cloud... or even better; a cloud with different shapes! Or maybe it could get a halo/nimbus/wings.

Well, it's supposed to resemble a ball of fur, like the Fuzzies that were mentioned before, not a cloud.

I feel... odd about this idea, but the one issue I see is that Celepan's dexes really emphasize its poison attributes. I think these should stay pure psychic, but the dexes make it seem odd.

Looks like a viable suggestion, OA. I'd want one! Also, I looked up the Kesaran-Pasaran, but it didn't have anything on its diet, so could you PM me what it eats (I doubt it could be that bad)?
