Okay, since we needed one more vote to break the tie, and Trapinch voted for Soothean, Soothean beats Flamengo with 17 to 16 votes. (Apologies to Cyrus Shadowclaw, but I need to break the tie.)

The third participant is an ancient desert-lurking pokémon that is both huge and massive. Despite that, it can vanish in a sandstorm a matter of seconds without a trace, and simply re-appear somewhere else. The third contestant is #FA010 Sphinix!

The magical Sphinix faces off against a fellow Magic-type. Instead of vanishing, this pokémon offers its services as a steed. Dog-like and powerful, it will only give those it likes a ride. Anyone that appears before it with evil intentions, however, will be disposed off to an unknown destination in mere seconds. The fourth contestant is #PF260 Brudovel!

Just sayin': the new tie would have been broken in Soothean's favor anyway, because if Cyrus's vote had been taken into account, I would have voted for myself. I just didn't want to do that unless it was really necessary. Anyway, this one is a difficult decision, but I'm going to go with Brudovel.
