It's time for a new Random Pokémon Contest! 
16 new, randomly chosen pokémon are ready to face off against each other for your popularity-votes.
The rules are simple:
- post the name of which pokémon your vote goes to, based on which one you like best. Note that your vote should not be determined by the outcome of a battle between the two pokémon, just vote for your favourite one;
- and, tell us why you like the pokémon your vote goes to best.
The winning pokémon gets its very own SuperDex entry on the site!
Here are the first two contestants (and interestingly enough, the Staff are developing relatives for both of them):
The first contestant is one of Bombur's famous Hot Springs pokémon, characterized by a type combo of Fire and Water. It uses its long and adapted legs to prevent itself from receiving a burn from the hot water. Although beautifully colored, it fiercely protects its young. The first contestant is #PF246 Flamengo.
Flamengo faces off against another pokémon that lives in water. This pokémon lives in all kinds of water, though, and loves to take a sunbath just below the water's surface. At night, it ventures into the deep, using its glowing body to search for food. The second contestant is #FA048 Soothean.
