Erm, one minor thingie... Isn't this guy based on a fly larvae? As in, Larvolt would be vaguely... maggot shaped? Maggot's legs are hard to see, and they have arcing backsides, but this guy just sorta looks like the Very Hungry Caterpillar... just an idea...

Generic larvae and pupas, I think. The pupa, however, seems to be based on batteries.

Yeah, it is. And when I think of larva, I think a caterpillar, not a maggot. Though if NARFNra wants me to draw the maggot version of Larvolt, I will.

Mouchetric is a fly after all, and maggots aren't that common yet. I say go for it.

This is just a suggestion, and it might be too late now, but considering Mouchetric IS a fly, should it really have a cocoon stage? Not that the idea of a battery cocoon isn't original or anything.

Hmm, you are right. Flies do not have a cocoon stage, but I know how it could be incorporated...a later instar simply has a battery-like physique and coloration; this way, most of its design could be retained without scrapping it entirely for accuracy. We could always say it is simply more sluggish because much of its energy goes into molting, so it can eventually develop to Mouchetric.

I'm mostly sure that flies do have a cocoon stage, a quick search with wikipedia would probably clarify that. *searches*
Yes, flies have a pupal stage. (The last paragraph mentions this)

I suggest the name of Ampupa should be something like; Pupolt (Pupa + vOLT) or Wapolt (WAtt+Pupa+vOLT) or maybe Batupa (BATtery+pUPA).
Of coarse it is only a suggestion.
