Ooh, nice. I think it should be Magic/Wind (being a magical creature and whatnot) and Rustic Dance should be Magic. Actually, I don't really understand the Wind- it doesn't learn a single Wind move anyway. Pure Magic would be fine here.

I like it as a Normal type, but Magic fits it too, you choose.

Regarding to the moveset, Horn Attack is too strong for a level 9 move, you should change it, how about Fury Attack? It also implies horns or pointy things.
Sing and Amplifiers can be on its movepool too. And maybe even Requiem (a Requiem is a song after all) but it wouldn't benefit it, as it isn't Ghost, but it's up to you.

Horn Attack only has 30% Accuracy... Anyways, my only real qualm is that its name is a little... blasé... for my tastes. Might I offer up:

Requipan (REQUIem + PAN)
Flutaun (FLUTe + fAUN)
Pippan (PIPe + PAN)
Lyraun (LYRe + fAUN)

Also, this Pokémon is perfect for my tastes, seeing as how I just recently DVR'd the foreign film Pan's Labyrinth. Kudos for being psychic, OA (OnlyAlways)!

Horn Attack does not have 30% accuracy, you're talking about Horn Drill wich is a one-hit-ko move.

Horn attack is fine as a base move; 65 base damage for something like this with low attack is not odd.
I really like the idea, Grace Only Always. I also think Magic/Wind fits better, especially if you get some Wind moves in there.

I love mythology. I just finished a series of novels about mythology. Anyways, since another name for a faun is satyr, it could have the name Fatyr (FAun-sATYR), Flutyr (FLUTe-saTYR), Patyr (PAn- sATYR), Mytyr (MYTh-saTYR), Satyric (SATYR-fabRIC), and that's all I can think of.

Shouldn't it be part grass type because pan is the god of nature? I like Faunpan or Pippan as far as the names go.

Hmm, thanks for the feedback, guys.

The reason why I chose Wind is because it uses wind for its flute, but Magic could work as well.

Also, you were thinking of Horn Drill, Sov.

And about the moveset, I didn't put any Wind-type moves in the moveset because none of them seemed right for Faunpan (Pippan).

This would be a good 3-line. I would name them Flutyr, Goatyr and Mesmeram. What I see in them is that Flutyr is a playful little faun who plays the flute, Goatyr becomes more skilled and can incline people to do things, and by the time it becomes Mesmeram it has the power to manipulate through its music.

But, of course, this is only my opinion.

Isn't the Y in satyr pronounced like I (Like ear), not Y (like Fire)? So I don't get the confusion with the pronunciation. You should make a wind type move related to music or something close, like Melodic Wind etc.

An idea would be a WInd type mvoe that puts the foe to sleep, but there are too many moves that only put the foe to sleep (GrassWhistle, Spore, SleepPowder, Sing, etc.)

What if it learned different songs that call in different elements? Like Aerocall, that brings in a tornado to damage the enemy, Thundercall, that brings in a lightning storm to shock them, and Wavecall, that brings in a huge wave to smash into them? Make them sort of like summoning moves.
