I think I've heard a thing or 2 about this creature. It is said to conjure up every element of wind moves from a new move.

Wind Conjure

Power: 60

Type: "Normal"

PP :10

Effect: Type and effect depends on location

Flavor: The winds in its antlers spiral as it takes in the surrounding air (or debris) and launches it at the opponent.

Breezelle sounds like it's either pure Wind or Wind/Ground creature, though I could be mistaken.

I have a feeling I could catch a sight of it and draw it, stay tuned...

Personally, I'd love to see this become a two-stage line counterpart to Fawntler and Stantler.

I managed to catch quite good shot of it on my travels today, so here's what I sketched of it:

Although as you can see, it's small enough to be a first form, and yet also large enough to be a latter form... could even be a middle form.

Some possible pokedex'ish data I noticed of it on my observations:

Feeding off of mostly cacti and other desert vegetation, it has relatively skinny look even on healthy individuals. Looks thin, not because of any shortage of food, but a surplus of snobbery - despite the abundance of green growth around where I caught sight of it(for it being a borderline desert area, anyway), it mostly snorted around them, only picking choice bits and pieces of the plants. I would imagine this creature, if caught, would not be easy to train because getting it's food done so that the picky thing actually eats it, could be hard.

The constant whirlwind between it's horns of course mess it's "hairdo"/mane and since the mane is rather long despite that, I suspect it follows its surroundings more by hearing, scent and feeling rather than sight - I have a hunch that they do not have very good eyesight. But then again, if you live in a near-desert conditions, what's there to watch about?

I've no idea if it's pure wind or wind/ground though, didn't get even nearly close enough to catch one(I just have good binoculars, hehe).

I think it's probably pure Wind. Also, that thing is adorable. The hair is so cute, perfectly captured in the sketch, based on what I've seen on my travels. It looks like a final form to me, but maybe one prevo?
Through arduous research and many hours, I've determined it learns these moves probably:

27 Agility/ Tailwind
33 Cloudcall

(Note that this assumes high special attack solely because there are no physical wind moves.

( It's also directly parallel to Stantler's moveset)

I have went searching for more Breezelle and did see a herd. There was a fight between two and their tornados wrapped around their horns when they headbutted. I would call this move Wind Horn. It is definitely Physical and strong. I also saw a possible younger form. It had 2 inch horns and it's tornado was just a gentle breeze. It was even skinnier than Breezelle and had a smaller mane, though it was still messy. I thought of calling it Fawnado, but does anybody have a better suggestions? That's a good sketch, FoxOfWar.

I like those moves, FoxOfWar. The power, accuracy, and the extra effects are all good. Can you think of any better names for Fawnado?

I love this idea and Breezelle is a fantastic name! I also believe this is a perfect opportunity to correct the wrongness of non-physical Wind moves. I think Gustzelle would be a fitting name for the prevo because it is a smaller wind.

I love both the names. I had the thought to come up with Wind Moves, but was too lazy. Should we make Wind Hoof Wind Jab instead so it's not so exclusive? Anyways, revised movelist.

I might not have been looking right, or possibly looking at a bulkier one, but I could've sworn I saw an evolution of Breezelle. One of the locals called it Tempalair (TEMPest + imPALA + AIR), but I heard other names too. I also heard other names for Fawnado.

I wasn't denying it, I just think it should be a little more limited, like only 4 or 5 different moves. The locals just call the elder of a herd that, it's not an evolution, just the strongest of a herd, Gelatop.
