Yes, it's slashing, but Weavile can Slash with claws. Much like Staraptor can use Close Combat just because it's really aggressive. See what I mean?

We could just leave the question of the ability for now and focus on the pokemon itself, yes?

Si! But what to discuss...
We already discussed name &, & ability, although ability isn't done yet. What we have left to talk about is appearance (is it good enough?), evolution method (anyone like the Plated Armor idea?), and one of the most important, movelist (how should we incorporate the sword moves with the other moves and stuff?)

I'm not a fan of the Plated Armor evo method. I'm sorry but it seems like a Metal Coat with a different name IMO.

Well, Metal Coat increases the attacks of Steel type moves while I plan for the Plated Armor to either raise Defense or work like Solid Rock/Filter.

Protector could work. I think Shadow Sneak is a must for early-on, and maybe it could learn Curare Dart at high levels?

No, Protector is a Rhydon evolution item. Ninjarmor doesn't have a brown helmet thingy on its head. It's black...

Maybe Shadow Sneak could replace Quick Attack & ExtremeSpeed? And I'm not sure about Curare Dart, because Ninjarmor doesn't really use darts.
