Hmm, I think you need to read the guidelines in "How to suggest a pokemon" This could turn into a really nice idea but it isn't being properly showcased right now. You are also adding a lot of new things, and you should probably have an entry for the evolution you mention as well.

Also, Rest seems out of place. Take SoR's suggestions into account.

As said, could use a bit of work towards "how to suggest a pokemon", and especially the moves - is it supposed to only have those four moves until it evolves? And for that matter, if it has an evolution, do showcase that too

Level 55 is a level for evolution only achieved by Dragonite & Tyranitar, and they are worth that level. They're both pseudo-legendaries. And the Stones are a use item, not a Hold. The only Stone that's a Hold Item is the Oval Stone, which only evolves Happiny into Chansey and is not considered by me to be a legitimate Stone. Might it be Mystic Water & BlackGlasses (similar to the Giants of Pokemon archive (I think that's it...) instead?

No, it's not the Giants of Pokemon. They evolve by location. Also, is there a reason this Pokemon is only male? And what does it have to do with the moon? It's a bomb.

Hmm, I don't understand its shape and color relating to its blending in, which seems to be a major part of it. I don't really see what the moon has to do with it except that it looks like the moon, which doesn't make much sense to me.

It looks like O from Kirby 3 with a fuse and rotated 90 degrees to me.
What do you think about these dexes?

It travels through the mist
infused in it as a shadow. It is hard to

ill edit the description right now. hes only male because he has no sexual organs and cannot produce an egg. instead, at level 50 he duplicates a clone that is lv1. and the moon think has to do with him being dark type.

Hmm, instead of male why not make him no gender? Male requires female.
Also, I don't think the clone duplication thing makes sense either. I think there are other ways it could reproduce. Also, a ton of pokemon have no sexual organs and still mate, that is part of the magic!
Lastly, I don't think the moon bit is the best way to make him dark type. It would be much better for him to be more of a camouflage pokemon like kecleon.

I think No Gender is the perfect way to go here. Also, those dexes are still RSE format. And making him the moon to justify Dark-type seems like backwards logic to me.

Whoa there, be patient. It looks pretty good, but what do you mean "OR Reaper Cloth"? Are you going to pick one? I'd say Dusk Stone seems best. Potent Burst is kinda OP'd, especially with it as a base move. And Mystillion doesn't really seem to fit in at all. What we have is a Dark/Magic evolving into either a Dark/Poison (which fits a bit) or a Water/Steel, which seems like it would be from a different family entirely. Do you see what I mean? I'd suggest either getting rid of it entirely, or if you really want to keep it, maybe it could be Dark/Water type?

As far as getting dexed, most ideas need a lot of polishing first.

I think you have invented like 7 or 8 new things. New ideas are okay when they fit in, but making up a whole lot of moves is the wrong thing to do. The staff may be okay with one or two new things that make sense, but I doubt that this many new things will be accepted. As ZeldaFan said, you need to decide between reaper cloth and dusk stone. I agree with him that of the two the dusk stone is better because it fits more and the reaper cloth is mostly for dusclops.

It also learns moves at ridiculously high levels, something you want to stay away from. Lastly, the split between these two is a bit stretched. Shadox seems mostly poison, so might I suggest making him magic/poison, and changing xylune to a magic only type? There are other possibilities, but having two evolutions that are so incredibly different they don't even share a type is not the right way to go.

i agree with you about everything except for the evolutions. if you are more of a dark-type user, you would want to evolve Xylune into Shadox. If you liked the Magic-type, however, you would have the option to keep it by evolving Xylune into Steellion. I can indeed change the levels though. thanks for the help. have you had any pokemon dexed? i would love to see them!

There's no such gender ratio as 95% male 5% female. It can either be all male or 87.5% male 12.5% female.

@tootyfruity66: I actually do not have any pokemon suggested yet. I am working on a couple ideas, but for now I haven't suggested anything. Also, another thing I have noticed is the names don't flow. Xylune is relatively exotic, but Shadox and Steellion are both more regular. Can you think of more exotic names for those two or a less exotic name for Xylune?
