I tried making the ridges closer to the eyes, but it ended either looking like the Machop line's crest or the crest of a potential-future-suggestion-of-mine.

As for it looking like Kirby, is that a good thing?

Ah! I love it... THe etymology is especially great.
Well, they seem pretty complete, in my honest opinion.
Although I feel like Hydration isn't the best ability for Bergras. Maybe Leaf Guard?
Also, Gorgeous is a bit OP, IMHO... Infatuation is a really annoying condition.

I agree, Hydration wasn't the best choice. There aren't many abilities I can choose for Bergras. But Bergras isn't really leafy, so I'm not too sure about Leaf Guard either.
Well, I wanted something to do with Infatuation for Kerlight, considering how Kerling, although a giant, was supposed to be beautiful. I can't use Cute Charm, because, as PF puts it, "The adorable face and smooth fur of this pokémon are so irresistably cute that a pokémon of the opposite gender has a 30% chance to become infatuated with it every time it hits this pokémon with a contact move." Last time I checked, rocks don't have fur.

I think they meant or smooth fur...
Clefairy has it. No fur there.

You could borrow my new ability (which I made for my plant-faeries line):

Pheromone
Effect: 20% Chance of Infatuation on contact and 5% chance of Infatuation on entrance
Flavor: An enticing aroma around this Pokémon may Infatuate on sight or contact.

I hope it isn't OP'd; I figured that less of a chance of Inf. on contact would balance out the rarer occurrence of Inf. on entrance to the battle.

The problem is that Pheromone wouldn't work, as the attractions is to the sight of Kerlight, not the smell. Plus, another reason I didn't use Cute Charm is because Kerlight isn't cute as much as she's supposed to be beautiful, but if I can't get anything better I'll use that.

I don't think its over powered since it only has a 15% chance. it's not like you made a ability that works like Yawn the move.
