Isshu isn't New England! NOOOOOO!

EDIT: On second glance, looks pretty awesome, will probably get White Version to get Zekrom (or I'll probably decide based on which Pokes are better), the new Prof. looks hot (somewhat), and most of these Pokemon don't look like creatures you'd mess with (I love the psychotic Hihidaruma, that Meguroku, and Shimama. They're going in mah team this Spring)!

Totally called Reshiram's type!
I gotta say, I enjoy it's typing, but... I would have preferred the first fire dragon to be an actual dragon.
All the new pokemon are hideous in my eyes except for the zebra, pidgeon, and crocodile. I'm totally going to use the pidgeon - Super Luck is a great ability.

My god, they did a woman professor - no, she's not even a professor, but a DOCTOR. What is this!?

I don't care if they're fugly, I'm gonna pwn with 'em! The type combos I can make with just the Crocodile and the Zebra (with Tsutaja) is pretty epic!
Also, I checked on the Bulbapedia Forums, a lot of people think that Isshu is NYC now (Hong Kong is out the window, some are going as far as to say Rotterdam), albeit exaggerated. Some think the desert, for example, is a superexaggerated Ground Zero (The military codename of the ruins of what was once the Twin Towers, after 9/11 (which is a pretty sad day over here)). Central Park is the giant forested area, and New Jersey's northern border is right beneath those giant mountains, just to add.

Acually, they give the impression of wearing a robber mask, because that's the inspiration behind it! Take a second look, Meguroko is the perfect image of a cartoonish criminal. It's even a Dark-type! ^^

They're very appealing-looking, moreso than many of the Pokes from Generation III or IV. They're pretty awesome, if I say so, and I would be delighted to battle alongside them.
On Dr. Araragi, I think Dr.=Prof. in Japan. I could assume that she studies Pokemon health, which means she isn't a professor.

I don't think that's so bad, because you can imagine that they would be related (in a Darwinian sense). I've decided I really like all of them, but I'm hoping not to see too many of the new ones, I want the thrill of finding brand new Pokemon when I get the game.

EDIT: We also know that Reshiram and Zekrom represtent the Ying and Yang now, which I think is pretty cool.

The only Electric-types on that page are Thundash and Ramfrio, neither of which are zebras. Thundash (and all the Legendary Steeds) is just a horse, and Ramfrio...I think that's rather obvious. :P

But we DO have a white-on-black zebra pokemon: PF267 Zebrefurs. Which is what Shimama immediately reminded me of.

Also, Munna strongly reminds me of a pincushion my mom has had for a long time, which looks like a pink pig with purple flowers on it. I don't think it's psychic, though. :P

After thinking about it, I think Munna might be a Drowzee pre-evo. It's a pig/tapir thing, is most likely Psychic type, and is classified as the Dream Eater Pokemon, and Drowzee is known for its Dream Eater.

I dunno, if it was a Drowzee prevo it would probably be yellow and or brown, not pink with flowers. Also it looks more like a pig than a tapir. Also, nice to see the Gear Pokemon finally, I made that one up ages ago.... Mine were called Kogz and Geerz xP
