I believe we already have a Yin Yang pokemon. http://pokefactory.pokemology.com/PF2/229.gif Ingang by Botispine. Anyway, not to say it won't be approved but it'll need some work. Try to emphasize that they are too separate pokemon for starters.

Also, their abilities are a bit Over-Powered IMO. Perhaps they could just block ineffective Moves? Or halve the power of Super effective moves?

He's right. Considering that Dragon types have a lot of not very effectives, it stops a lot of types. If you want to use that Ability, you should give it an abnormally low Defense, Sp. Defense, or HP, much like Shedninja.

...any particular reason they are that bloody huge and heavy? I don't know the feet system that well, but I can tell those are positively big values. And when I think of Yin/Yang dragons, I think of small, mischievous tricksters, not Rayquaza-like "OMG it's going to KILL ME" rampaging beasts... but maybe that's just me.

Also as said above, the abilities are a fair bit OP as they stand, given that they have a lot of resistances as it is. Unless their defenses positively are not OP ;P
And since they are practically one and same ability, why have different names for them? It would make a lot more sense if the abilities mirrored each other anyway, for example if one halved the power of super-effectives(essentially nullifying its weaknesses) and the other halved not-very-effectives(essentially doubling its resistances).

They could possibly be split evo's from Ingang(even though that sort of idea is overused, I think it's overused for a reason).

Adding on to FoxOfWar's comment about the sizes, don't forget that there's only 12 inches in a foot. 78 inches is about 6 and a half feet. :P

I do like the split Ingang evo, but it might be too similar to other Pokemon with the light/dark split evo thing, namely Bipartige & Sealuster.

Hmmm, I don´t understand quite well, are these counterparts?
Now about a light/darkness balance pokémon... not counting Eragriff, Bipartige, Sealuster, Ingang and Twintao we´ve got none!
Anyway these strike me as legendaries too, titans at least.

@Deckuzora: Oh I see.
@Rayquaza101: Yeah, I never said they were. But they do strike me as such because of their overpowered abilities. Specially Storm Moon. I think not even legendaries have abilities as those. (And pokémon like Shedinja usually have an enormous disadvantage like its HP to compensate for their otherwise overpowered abilities)

Rayquaza, you cannot just claim that they are not legendary-ish. You must edit or compensate their ideas in order to alleviate the doubts of others. E.g. the abilities are super-OP, do something to FIX IT, not just complain that you said they aren't legendaries. BTW I like the yin-yang dragons concept, I used to have one of my own.

Okay, okay... I get what you all are saying about the OP abilities, so I added a defect on the abilities. Harvest Moon lowers attack x2 and Storm Moon lowers defense x2. Rahjet, I'll think of something to make them sound like normal pokemon than legendaires.

How about instead of creating ALL light, Luminine can simply create its own field of light. And Shafusc could have something to do with appearing in the shadows of cursed places...

It creates a field of light to surround it and protect it from evil. Its eyes echo with the void of the new moon. (94)
