Yeah, Flarsy is right. I've had many members call me elemental, though. I do prefer EP. Epengu is my other name.
And the main reason I like Centacle is because Squiddle... Well, widdle...

Okay, I'm officially sticking with Centacle then. I like Squiddle as a name, but it sounds like more of a small pokemon to me.

Thanks SCD! But since this is Pokemon, I think I have the poetic license to give Squimense Hurricane. Think of it as a giant squid with a bit of Kraken in it. As for your other suggestions, I'll definitey take them on board! I'll ditch Rust on Itsquid and Ripcurl on Centacle, and I'll go and check what Tainted Water and Water Cage do and see if I like them.

And that's a really cool idea, thanks EP! But if the ability is going to have that effect, perhaps it needs a different name?

PS. You're right, now that I have a second look, Ripcurl is WAY overpowered! It effectively deals 210 power, pretty ridiculous. Should be weakened, IMHO.

Those look pretty snazzy, really. I like Squimense especially, as the name reminds me of the naming concept of certain Octopus + Artillery

I think centacle looks a bit strong in the picture. I would shorten and fatten the tentacles.

So Gooper Blooper certainly had some subsonscious effect Centacle's design.

Centacle looks really angry, and then mellow out for Squimense, which IMHO looks really strange. Its like cuterRound -> ANGRYKILLANGRY -> mellowfloating. However, making Centacle more mellow would make it even more of an Octillery clone, which it kindof already is... Maybe you could switch the colors of Centacle and Squimense? Or something else... if anybody else has and idea, but this line gives me a kind of calm impressiong and Centacle's color screws that up.
