Hmm...while I can see some potential in the concept, the moveset needs to be less attack-oriented. In fact, I don't see Amphipriod as an offensive pokemon at all. Don't get me wrong, your suggestion has merit and could end up being pretty good. However, you really need to figure out what it's about, first. I can't really visualize it yet. Where exactly does the part about it's body being filled with air come into play? Could it be part Wind type? Or at least know some wind moves to reflect this? Or could it be a pufferfish, instead of a clownfish? And, for that matter, why is it a clownfish? Yes, I know, it's all colorful and stuff, but besides your description and the pokemon's species, there is nothing about it, or about why it's a clownfish. The ability, water absorb, doesn't make much sense either. A pokemon with that ability can't just be water type, it has to have porous skin, like Poliwag, or it has to be a sponge pokemon, like the PF pokemon Spump, or else it has to be a embodiment of the element, instead of just being an inhabitant/user of it, like Vaporeon. Please remember that I am not crushing your dreams right here and now, but I am just giving an excess of constructive criticism. Personally, I think the idea is a very good one, believe it or not.

It seems a lot better now. I agree with Rahjet, Poison Sting isn't the best choice, but overall it seems a lot cooler.

Water veil is a lot better too.

I didn't put this with the rest of my criticism (because it seemed like I had already given you enough ) but the name seems weird to me. Most people would think it meant Amphibian and odd, which is confusing.

btw, it would be really cool if this WAS a water/wind type. All current water/wind types that I can think of (HURRICROAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) (I like Hurricroak.) (Oh, and isn't there a starter hippo thing too? I don't like it as much as Hurricroak.) (it's still good tho) (if possible, when I start the PF league, I would LOVE to receive/catch a Minnell.) o yah. All the water/wind types I can think of are basically water creatures with wings. A blowfish/clownfish pokemon thats wind type because of the blowfish part would be very unique and awesome.

Well, you don't HAVE to use that name. If you like it, then awesome. But I was just throwing out the first good idea that i thought of. Again, if you like it, keep it, but I think that I might be able to do better with some time. Maybe.
