(Boy oh boy, this topic seems to have dried up quickly... is this simply due to the size of the waiting list for review?)
that being said, It has given me time to produce conceptual artwork for these two Pokés. Would it be alright with you if I uploaded them for your viewing and appraisal?

Here they are then!

Holem on the left, Oregandy on the right. I tried to put them to scale as best I could.
Since you said that Holem had stumpy limbs, I applied a little creative manipulation to that idea, so that it could hover over the ground and appear altogether more enigmatic, as an allusion to similar pseudoartificial Pokémon, such as Claydol. I also made more allusions to musical instruments in both by shaping their heads like a recorder mouthpiece. This is also the reason why I drew the horns on Oregandy's head as 'bugle' horns rather than pointy, stabby ones. The little buttons on it's chest are the stops that control the organ pipes on it's back.
If any of these changes/alterations to your original idea disagree with you, tell me and I'll change them at the earliest opportunity.

Can you do a drawing of one of my suggestions: Ionew?

The topic title is, Electric Rat of Cuteness.

You can make any adjustments you want. Maybe also drawin plusle, minun, and neutri for measurement.

I love them! You're an awesome artist, SCD! Could I perhaps get you to do concept art from some of my suggestions? Also, I agree that this place drie dup fast, mostly because we fixed everything fast (and there wasn't much to fix anyway), but yeah, I bet the long waiting list for review probably also helped it wither.

I was never really a fan of this topic......until I saw that concept art, SCD!!!!!! That art singlehandedly convinced me that this chain will be awesome. I would be HONORED to have you draw one/some of my suggestions. Hint: Crested Dragons....

You know what they remind me of? Those little tree-spirit things from Princess Mononoke! And Holem also reminds me of Cactuar from Final Fantsy.

I just fill the background with one of the colors that represents the Pokémon's type and then place an extrude filter over it. The Pokéball floor took a good deal of work to build a base of, but it is easily changed to suit other Pokémon.
