Okay, I've made the suggested amendments!
Sorry for the prior negativity of this post too, if anyone read it. I was suffering from some non-pokemon related depression.
NOW THAT'S AN EMPHASISED NOSE, IS IT NOT?
Oh, and I liked the idea of giving him a possibly Waluigiesque moustache, but I couldn't get it to look right. So if anyone wants to give that a go, feel free.

There definitely is more emphasis on the nose, but I was talking more about elongating it to the point that it extended down into the torso, like its pre-evo.

... It's preevolution doesn't even have a torso? The whole point of this idea is that it's gets a body, since it was just a walking head before.

Well, I'm finding it hard to explain, but in my opinion the nose's immensity on Nosepass has forced the head/torso to merge. I think that is what I'm getting at

Well I don't understand what you mean at all, and this is Anthropass, not Nosepass. Anthropass is supposed to look like a statue, one you might see standing in a park or something. So it having some kind of weird giant nose that goes down to it's stomach would be rather silly I think!

Yeah, I agree with that. Elongate the nose too much and it looks weird - I tried to draw it with a long nose and failed miserably at making something that looked right.

That was in no way a final draft, just one of my ideas for a general body plan, with the focus on the nose that is ridiculously large.
Also, have you seen probobass? That is a nose hair problem. Mine is a badly colored in nostril. XD

Haha, guys, you're missing the point of the suggestion here I think.
He doesn't need that big of a nose, he's meant to look like a human statue... with some nosepassyness in him.
He's ANTHROpass. Not NOSEpass!

It's in reference to his being tall and skinny and Probo being short and fat actually. But Anthro could have a mustache too, anyway. Two long pointy pieces of iron where a mustache should be.

This probably isn't anything major, and I'm sorry if anyone else said it, but 150 Attack is pretty much legendary level. Let's look at Rampardos as an example.

Rampardos' base stats:
HP:97
Atk:165
Def:60
SpAtk:65
SpDef:50
Speed:58

Now let's look at Anthropass:
HP:60
Atk:150
Def:145
SpAtk:75
SpDef:55
Speed:40

See, you have an OP'd fellow right here. Even 60 HP doesn't matter with that 145 defense stat, and even it's low special Defense won't stop it from surviving lots of things and promptly making them die. Even it's 40 speed isn't that bad, it won't care if the opponent is going first cause it'll survive pretty much everything physical and wipe them out.
