belly drum? Metronome? Or make up new ones like High-pitched which might decrease accuracy and speed, or maybe Note Change which could swap the atk and def stats of the user during the battle? Idk this pkmn seems cool but i think more music or sound based moves fit the "siren" part

Belly Drum and Metronome have nothing to do with sound. And I am happy with Medusiren's moves at the moment.

I know it seems exclusive to Meloetta, but why not try and have Medusiren learn Relic Song; it only makes Meloetta change Forme if it (Meloetta) uses the move, plus it puts foes to sleep and affects both of the opponent's pokemon in double battles and you know the rest. Besides that, great idea.

It doesn't seem to be exclusive, it is. Medusiren should learn some more sound-based moves, though. How about Round and Echoed Voice?

Relic Song is Meloetta's special move. Plus, this is a 4th gen suggestion. I was going to wait until the B/W switch before I include anything that has to do with 5th gen.
