If you ask me, Screech seems like a cacophonic move, as in, I really don't know how a harsh "bloody-murder" screech will cause it to evolve into a Pokemon with a lovely hypnotic song. xD

Yeah, that's where the term "medusa" originally came from. But Medusiren is not a gorgon, "medusa" is Latin for "jellyfish". And I don't think Tentacool ever learns Hypnosis....

How about the pf move lure?

Tentacool may be able to learn this somehow.

OK, I like that idea, perhaps Tentacool could learn it by "Move Maniac" or something, you know one of those guys who teaches Pokemon previous moves using Heart Scales?

Why can't we do both dawn stone and move? It seems like a drastic transformation is need for a jellyfish to transform into a gorgon-like creature. And other pokemon have 2-3 components needed for evolution, so why can't it?

It's NOT a gorgon. THat's what I said. "Medusa" is Latin for "jellyfish"! It's the scientific name of the jellyfish. >.>; Sorry. But yeah. Anyone else think it should evolve as a female Tentacool when it knows Lure, and use a Dawn Stone? Seems oddly complicated

Medusiren is not at all like a gorgon. Gorgons are monstrous scaly hags that have snake hair. This is a pretty half-girl half-jellyfish creature. But enough arguing. Do you think that this is a pretty much solid suggestion or are there some things that need work in the way of moves, evolution, etc?

I like this idea and I think the evolution should simply be a female Tentacool with a Dawn Stone, like how Snorunt evolves into Froslass
