In-depth description- This pokemon eats nothing but can still stay alive,because it's a ghost. This pokemon loves to pull pranks because it's just a child. But when it does not get it's way it will throw a big tantrum. So big that you can hear it miles away from the pokemon. When it evloves into Mourost, it mourns over the lost of other pokemon's loved ones, This pokemon's hair is used as it's arms and has stonger attacks than Trantrom. This pokemon is not evil in any way, but will fight back when attacked.

Dex: It uses it's hair as arms, this pokemon is mouring over the lost souls of departed pokemon.

Nice counter part to the Ghost/Fire starters.

Edit: Ice Punch should be in there along with Ice fang and Ice beam. Thats all I got.

Ice Fang I don't see here, because it has no fangs. Flashfreeze, the dexes need to be longer - 85-100 characters each, including spaces.
That said, this doesn't really stand out to me and I see nothing to differentiate it from Froslass.

Whoa, whoa. Glacier at level 24? That should definitely be learned at a higher level. I mean, it's basically an Ice-type Hyper Beam (slightly different, I know, but the power is the point), and that would be learned at what, level 50+? Waaaay to OPd IMO.

...so how exactly does this differ from Froslass except for more OP moveset and an evolution not defined? Or is Mourost an already-PF pokemon I'm not aware of?

Gets 10/10 in "Meh" from me as it stands.

Changed moveset gave more information about the evoultion, Working on Evlicqueen and Evlicking. The next evolutions (female and male counterparts)

So it has an evolution(or two). What makes it different from Froslass, still?

What exactly makes it an Ice/Ghost? What does it eat? How does it behave with other pokemon? Why so? What - makes- it - DIFFERENT?

Show some originality, if you will. Show. Some. SOLIDITY.

The thing is is that I HATE Frolass, so I made a whole evolution consisting of a child-like pokemon, A teen-mourner pokemon, and Then a royal female and male (final evolutions still being worked on). But when I made this pokemon I was NOT thinking of Frolass but of The Pokemon tower ,From FireRed and LeafGreen. Because the people there are mourning over there long-lost pokemon. And this sparked an Idea, a pokemon that is first a trantrum throwing child, Then mourning teen, then Royalty-like pokemon. Frolass was made out of a ice-elf looking thing (Snorunt) and a ball of frozen ice and minerals (Gaile) And then BAM a ghost of ice comes out. Well this pokemon starts out a ghost and endss a ghost.Whew hope that shows my origality.

See, that's a great idea, but I see no reason why it should be Ice then. Since that's the main hook, you need to make it more obvious to set it apart from Froslass. Right now you only told us that, with a brief mention in the dex for the second stage. The designs should have the mourning and tantrum designs incorporated more. That said, how does it go from throwing a tantrum to mourning to being royal?
The dexes are also quite a bit jumbled. Try making separate dexes, each with some of those facts.

FoxofWar and Rahjet, give him a break. He does not need to change the types just because you feel it's not original enough. I personally think it's a fine idea. More ice ghosts are fine, especially since there is only one and that would be Froslass. Now, elementalpenguin's got it right, he suggested some nice ideas to shape up the work. Don't just rip on the guy because the two of you think it's meh. If you have a problem, SUGGEST A SOLUTION TO HELP. Saying, "Fix this cuz it's crap," seems like a pretty low-brow thing to do. I'm sure you two are better than that. Flashfreeze, welcome to PF, this is a fine suggestion. We'll work on building it up, okay? ^^ I'd love to see how these come out.

Okay, okay, so I was again on my high chair. Didn't help that I was slightly drunk when I wrote that last post.

Anyway; I'm not saying he needs to change anything because of what I say - what I was saying is that this particular idea does not spark much anything to me. Of course my opinion is only just my opinion and I'm not anyone to say what should be changed.

And that description in Flashfreeze's last post kinda alleviates the point: I have a hard time understanding a suggestion if I don't know the motivation beneath it.

But then again, I'm a biased perfectionist, don't mind me

Ok then how about it's a pokemon that was frozen to death as a child, But it didn't know it was dead so it still acted like a child. Then When it learned that it was dead it started mourning over lost pokemon ,and it's self because it's dead. And finally it starts to learn how to use it's ice power and became an icy ruler, Because it rose over other ghosts adn other ice types.Is this a good idea?

I like the concept Flashfreeze, it's interesting. Work it into the dex data and we've got something interesting! oh, and FoxOfWar, it's fine, just wanted to make sure no one's toes were stepped on.

Much better background info, just make sure it can be worked into the dexes and we're all square in my book.
