The current situation has it that topics are pored over in numerical order in the Lab, which is easier said than done I'll grant you . This is the point where we decide whether a suggestion ascends to review or is cast into the forsaken pit of Rejected Suggestions. Those lucky suggestions who are to be appraised get moved the the Suggestions Under Review subforum, where the staff make their judgement on what needs to be tweaked to make the submission final. If all goes well, it gets approved and sent to the Approved Suggestions subforum, and the pokemon get a row/s on the reference page for the respective archive. Currently approvals are slow because we have only just filled the DP rer page, and will complete all entries on that before creating the BW ref page. Also while technically any admin can initiate the review/appraisal process, we tend to rely on ShinE to do it since he's the one who's always done it and knows what to look for, and his job sundry other things mean that he ain't around much. ^^;

That said, we're looking at topic #2965 in the Lab now, so this one, #3019, is still quite a ways away.

I have no idea what pumpkinjack's even on about; since both of these mons are Normal-type, as far as I'm aware.
Speaking of, considering the glut of water moves they naturally learn, I think it'd be better for both of them to be Normal/Water.
