They lied about lying about it. If you check the Nintendo "source", it's just a blank page saying April Fools. Sadly, the 3DS is real. :P

Just booted up BR for the first time in ages, and I realized just how lazy Nintendo was with the game. All they really did was improve the background graphics, the pokemon sprites for gens 1-3 are ripped straight from XD and the trainers, if anything, are worse, probably because almost all of them are the same 6 sprites in different clothes. But hey! They have pretty backgrounds! -_-

I love Battle Revolution because it involves beating the crap out of people who think they can win with a pure legendary team.
I´m happy I also managed to beat my bro´s seven well-trained teams with just one. We had the final battle on Battle Revolution

I noticed that the Gen 1 Pokemon models in BR are almost the same as stadium but higher res. I think its cool Nintendo could reuse them.

The reason PBR looks pretty is because the improved graphics engine allowed for pretty lighting.

You right, I lost. 3D sprites did not come in the fifth generation. T.T I'm disappointed, the graphics for Black and White still need to impress me. Hopefully the update on the fifteenth will help.

Anyway, I wouldn't mind if they did something like Battle Revolution on the DS, but that's only because the system is much weaker than the Wii. If they do another console thing, then they need to definitely step it up.

I agree with Squirrelay. Anything of BR (here we go abbreviations) would be acceptable on the 3DS, as it IS supposed to have the power of a Gamecube.

There's no need to go back to Orre. It may have been a novel idea, but Coliseum and XD were just water-down pokemon adventures. When they come out with a 3D adventure it better be complete. And Black and White don't count as 3D adventures because the sprites are still 2D.

I suppose I wouldn't mind seeing XD or Coliseum being re-released on the 3DS especially if it does have Gamecube power graphics. We don't know right now how powerful the system will be. This for another topic however.
