Do I really have to say anything else, but "here we go again"? :P

Name: Chihyper
(CHIHuahua + hYPER)
Pokédex Type: HYPERACTIVE
Pokemon
Height, Weight: 1'01”, 6.9 lbs
Element
Type: POISON / ELECTRIC
Description: Picture tells
a lot. So we're dealing with a small, dangerous, hyperactive
chihuahua-like dog that is always, ALWAYS on the lookout for drawing
attention to itself. (Problem with that is that it smells enough that
most people with sense of smell tend stay away from it.) It has
purple back and with purple/yellow fin/sail on its back, and a small
yellow tail. Small fangs and four short-but-rapid feet round the
picture up.
Pokédex Data:
Despite it's small size, the stench CHIHYPER exudes makes it rather impossible to ignore.
-
CHIHYPER requires nonstop attention from its trainer which makes it very hard to train.
Evolution: Evolves
to LABRAID when traded holding Lagging Tail
Special
Ability: SPEED BOOST / STENCH
Moves:
Tackle – Basic
Growl – Basic
Poison Sting – lvl 5
Spark – lvl 8
Howl – lvl 11

Gender
Ratio: 50 / 50
Gender Differences: female's
fangs are slightly longer and male's tail is slightly longer
Egg Group: Field
Habitat: Relatively
common near power plants and cities, rare sight elsewhere
Stats:
Dangerous, offensively lethal and speedy creature with no defensive
power what-so-ever(and a lovely quad-weakness to Ground, to boot). Do
note that this is a ”first form” in the same way Scyther is; it
gains no extra stats upon evolution, they are just diversed
differently between the two forms. And matter-of-factly, has the same
total base stats as Scyther line (500).
HP: 65 / Attack:
115 / Defense: 45 / Special Attack: 115 / Special Defense: 50 /
Speed: 110

Name:
Labraid(LABRador + brAID)
Pokédex Type: LETHAL Pokemon
Height,
Weight: 5'05”, 225 lbs
Element Type:
POISON/ELECTRIC
Description: See
the picture: it's a large black dog with purple/yellow braids running
along its back, ending up in a huge knot/braid around its small black
tail. Large paws and only slightly large fangs compared to Chihyper
despite the huge size difference. Also note that the braids on its
back are glowing because of the amount of lethal toxins and
electricity charged on them; don't want to touch that.
Pokédex Data:
The
braids coarsing LABRAID's back are in fact tubes containing various
poisons and electricity.
-
Despite the poison and static power on LABRAID's back, it mostly uses it's bulky body to attack.
Evolution: Evolves
from Chihyper when traded holding Lagging Tail
Special
Ability: Volt Absorb / Stench
Moves:
Tackle – Basic
Growl – Basic
Poison Sting – lvl 5
Spark – lvl 8
Howl – lvl 11
Antibodies(PF) – lvl 15
Thundershock – lvl 19

Thunder – lvl 58
Blitz.Charge(PF) – lvl 65
Me First - lvl 71
Gender
Ratio: 50/50
Gender Differences: female's fangs are
larger, male's frontpaw's claws are larger
Egg Group:
Field
Habitat: Cities and powerplants, though not found in
the wild(or found very rarely)
Stats: Unlike
it's first form Chihyper, Labraid is slow and steady (and stupid) –
and doesn't hit nearly as hard specially. It however can take a hit
or three, something Chihyper can't really do.
HP: 90
/ Attack: 100 / Defense: 110 / Special Attack: 75 / Special Defense:
80 / Speed: 55

Other thoughts about this
line by yours truly(as if this post wasn't long enough
already!):
Eeeyup. Like I could stop at one line of canines.
So I started thinking that I wanted to
do something that was Poison/Electric as its typing. Not sure why,
but the idea intrigued me. Then I crossed the idea of a chihuahua I
had had for an abandoned earlier idea, so why not? I drew a small
sketch of this little hyper pest, and the idea for Chihyper was born:
a small, offensively dangerous little creature that was both an
attention-%$%@! and wholly impossible to ignore due to its stench;
one fickle creature that is very much a challenge to train, let alone
train well.
First I thought it could stand pretty
well on its own(as it can); but I wanted to create more. Then I
crossed the idea of Scyther/Scizor – what if it wasn't so much an
evolution as a side-evolution; both forms can easily hold their own,
they just do it very differently. And so the idea of Labraid came
out, though first it was based on Great Dane, but after sketching a
moment, I figured Labrador fit better; name came only after some
”quality time” with a dictionary browsing for words that started
”bra” or ”ra.” Rest, as they say, is hysteria.
Here's hoping you enjoyed my suggestion
