How long does it take to approve a Pokémon? Obviously the rates at which new PF Pokémon are developed differ, but what is the average? What factors are there towards the time it takes between the first post on a topic detailing a proposed PF Pokémon and the informing that it is officially approved and the revealing of its number? I would like to know, particularly due to the matter of my waiting on the Rubba/ervaz line to be approved, as it seems developed and with only a few other details to work on.
Additionally, if the development time is the average with no other major factors or debates run in its conceptualization, does the time at which a PF Pokémon is presented affect how long it takes until it is approved? For example, if a PF Pokémon is proposed directly after a backlog's finish, when many people are posting their pent ideas, does this mean that the entirety of the process---or at least the time until the approval by staff---takes longer?
I estimate it takes six days for most of the development for a proposed PF Pokémon to be completed, and four days until it is officially approved and its number revealed.
