I made a move list for them. Leviafloats move set is for water dragon type. The evolution move can be easily changed to something more suitable if you dont like the typing.

Only weak to Dragon and high enough stats to put Hydro Pump to decent use? Annoying enough for me.

Dang. I would have gone with pure Water. Oh well.
As for gender diffs, guys' surfboards are generally longer to balance the weight better.
