Pokémon Factory Worker

In my old red version, I took down Blue's Charizard with a level 22 Exxegcute.
That was lucky. It was my only one left.

In my Leafgreen Version, I had just barely beaten the last of the Elite 4, and I only had one Pokemon left, who wasn't my starter, and somehow I beat the champion.

Well, guess this counts somewhat:

So I was going through my Platinum in-game the first time, with four bred pokemon; Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Treecko & Turtwig. Yes, you read that right; I went the in-game with the four grass-starters. You can take a guess how fun the Ice Gym was. Go on, take a guess.

On E4, the Bug guy AND Fire trainer. Yay!

Nevertheless, I pushed on

Until.

Until Cynthia. She seemed to have super-effective-to-Grass move on her every goddarn pokemon. Spiritomb? Psychic/Silver Wind. Togekiss? Air Slash. Roserade? Psychic/Sludge Bomb. Milotic? Ice Beam. Lucario? Resistant to Grass, immune to Poison and generally just annoying. Garchomp? Yeesh.

Despite all that, I managed to beat her on the second go, with about 1/4 hp left on my Venusaur. Felt pretty victorious after that

I remember when I fought Volkners' Octillery with my Torterra, so I used Leaf Storm, which missed, and Octillery used AURORA BEAM!
Ice attack + (grass + ground) = not good
(Luckily, I SOMHOW survived)

Alright, so my friend and I always have these epic battles, (Ussualy I win) but for some reason, he defeated My entire team, and he was all like "Ahahaha, I will finally beat you!" but He and I both forgot about my, EPIC GROUDON!
So, yeah.
(Afterwards, he was all like "On noes! I forgot about your Groudon!")

Cynthia = closest close call I´ve ever had in a pokémon game. No, in any game.
It was just my Empoleon against three of her pokémon, I don´t even remember how I managed to beat her Lucario, her Garchomp was a short fight because of Empoleon´s ice beam, but the damage done to Empoleon was harsh, I was out of items and pokémon, and I prayed that her last one was an easy one; BAM!The next thing I saw was my Empoleon standing against Milotic in one if its most imponent poses ever. I thought: I´m screwed for good... Then I got a critical hit with Brine and almost got it!
Too fun to let it end so easily!? DAMN! I WAS AT THE TOP OF MY NERVES! (She used a Full Restore). Fortunately her Milotic´s attacks were no match for my Emploeon, until she got a critical hit! With only like 4 HP my next blow was a critical also! AND IT WAS DOWN! I actually shouted in relief when I beat her.

Leaf Green: Fighting the champion Blue. Oh yes, to me that was the hardest one, especially the second time.
(somehow) I forgot to switch out my HM slave, a lvl 30 Raticate. And... I defeated his Alakazam with Cut. CUT! And... Double Team. Lots of Double Team.
It was a pretty close battle, but I won! I won with an HM slave!

Possibly not the closest call ever, but the one that sticks in my mind was Cynthia on Diamond. I spent something like 10-15 rounds just constantly healing Luxray after her Milotic used Surf and hoping that she wouldn't critical and take it out before she ran out of PP. Luckily she didn't, or if she did I'd revived a backup after Milotic used Ice Beam.
