I second that notion soble. I would never have thought of doing this had coolsteph not took the first step. And that brown angle is the lower half of the lightning bolt pattern that first appeared on Pielord's iteration. You just can't see the rest of it as it goes behind the arms.

I just had a thought. Maybe it can learn Volt tackle through the same method that pichu does. Good idea?

Late to the party, but great drawing SCD! All your work looks great, but the design changes I can see were made with a lot of thought behind them.

Maybe a new move instead, like Polarity?

The user's Electric-type moves gain a random benefit on the next turn; either a 50% power boost or raising one of the user's stats.

Kinda came up with this on the spot, so it's just a basic idea.

Maybe it could be a move that has thethree different charges, choosing one at random and using an effect:
Positive Charge:
User Sp. Attack raised a stage

Negative Charge:
Enemy Sp. Defense lowered a stage

Neutral Charge:
Power 40 attack, 100% accuracy, 30% chance enemy paralyzed

I think neutral charge is a little bit OP'ed compared to the other moves, but I love the concept

100% is normal accuracy. I;d say Never Miss if that's what ahppened. I will change its power to 40.
