Sounds too much like Elekid. How about something with Ion in it, since ions usually turn into either protons (plusle), neutrons (neutri), or electrons (minun).

Tinion reminds me of onion, yuck. But ion should work well in some sort of name, hmm.... I'm thinking something like Adorion (ADORable + ION) or Ionew (ION + NEWborn)

Ionew sounds good. It sounds seperate from its evolution names, which I was trying to do.

Ionew is official!!

Also, added thunder shock to the move list. The first damaging move leveling up should not be at level 15.

I also think that it should have more of a resemblance to the Pokemon it evolves into. And don't go "But Grubva doesn't look AT ALL like its evolutions" because Grubva's evolutions look completely different than each other, while Plusle, Minun, and Neutri look really similar to each other.

I was thinking of taking Coolsteph's drawing, making it a quadruped, and changiog the color of the ears/tail. If it has to be a brown, then it cna be the brown of the first drawing.

Since Plusle and Minun (and its Neutral PF Counterpart, whose name currently eludes me) are already dimunitive sorts, that moveset should fit for a baby Pokémon.
